Three Features

VoiceOver

You can have your phone read out what is on your screen (buttons, text, images). 

  1. Open Settings then General
  2. Select Accessibility
  3. Select VoiceOver
  4. Enable VoiceOver by tapping or sliding the switch on the top right.
    • Single tap on an item to have it read
    • Double tap an item to highlight the item, followed by single tap to select/execute
    • Use three fingers to scroll
       

Font Adjustment

You can adjust the text size of your iPhone to make it easier to read. 

  1. Open Settings then General
  2. Select Accessibility
  3. Select Larger Text
  4. Enable Larger Text by tapping or sliding the switch on the top right.
    • Use the slider at the bottom to adjust the text size. As you move the slider, the text on your screen will change size.

Accessibility Shortcut

You can setup a shortcut to turn on and off your desired accessibility controls and features.  

  1. Open Settings then General
  2. Select Accessibility
  3. Select Accessibility Shortcut
  4. Select features you would like to quickly access quickly. Exit when finished.
    •  You can now triple-click the home button to turn on and off your chosen accessibility features.

Note: For iPhone X where there is no home button, triple click the side button.
