Who are your products and services designed for? Do you know how customers with a disability experience and use your products and services?
Inclusive design encourages you to look at the needs of the human, instead of a type of customer, or how conventional labels describe them. It doesn’t mean designing and creating ‘special’ products or services for ‘special’ people.
